EVV Goes Live on January 1

As of February 2, 2020, all SSPs must be checking in and out for their scheduled shifts using either the CellTrak mobile app or the telephony option. Due to the new government mandate, paper timesheets will not be accepted for any hours worked from February 2, 2020 forward.

As of the week of February 2nd, progress notes must be completed weekly and submitted no later than the following Tuesday. In order for payroll to be completed accurately and promptly, you must submit your progress notes by 4pm each Tuesday to awc@yourawc.org.

Managing Employers can find the weekly scheduling form on the EVV resources page. Weekly schedules should be sent to schedule@yourawc.org for submission. They are now due the Tuesday before the schedule begins. Please note that this is a change from the original due date.
